Job Description:

1. Overall control, supervision and implementation of Contract quality and technical requirements ; resolution of quality problems ; preparation and maintenance of Contract quality records
2. Development, preparation, implementation and monitoring of all Contract Specific Procedures and Work Instructions
3. Review and Monitor Suppliers Quality Systems and quality performance.
4. Review and approval of Supplier Quality Control plan (QCP / ITP) , Welding Procedure , NDT procedure and other testing procedure
5. Reporting Quality activities of projects
6. Ensure availability of appropriate version of applicable work documents such as Drawings, Specifications, Standards and project specific documents
7. Shared cross-functionally
8. To perform inspection at vendors/ sub-vendors works as per ITP/ QCP and other contract documents.
9. Liaison with the Client on matters related to Quality.
10. Auditing - internal and external, and follow up of Corrective Actions.
11. Provide feedback to PQM on the quality issues
12. Certification in NDT Level ?II and Lead auditor course are desirable
13. Should have experience in the preparation and/ or approval of quality documentation, coordination of inspection as well as inspection of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, pipes, piping and pipeline items, forgings, castings, Valves, etc. Conversant with various materials of construction and their welding.
14. Should be familiar with international codes and standards used in Oil and Gas industries
15. Experience in Quality function in EPC companies and third party inspection agencies preferred Experience of construction quality alone is not adequate.
