Job Description:

1. 15 to 20 Years in oil and gas industry out of which at least 10 years of experience in cross country pipelines (out of 10 years at least 5 years in GCC i.e. 2 EPC projects in pipelines as Project Manager with values between US$ 100 to 500 Mn ). 
2. Prime Responsibilities:
3. Provides strong and decisive project leadership and establishes an execution framework to ensure the quality, HSE, schedule and profitability of the project execution.
4. Delivery of the project in accordance with the project baseline
5. Meeting the profitability target established in the project baseline
6. Assess and reviews the project Key Performance Indicators to determine accurate status of project, making tactical decisions for allocating resources, and assigning staff requirements, to maintain project on target.
7. Develops a complete understanding of the contract and aligns further with project contract manager to address contractual issues and change management
8. Manage changes to scope and ensure client approval on all changes before proceeding with work
9. Confers with his management team to provide technical advice and to resolve problems
10. Establishes and defines the required project organization and coordinates staffing with discipline line managers
11. Ensures accurate, comprehensive and timely project reporting
12. Ensures effective and timely interface management between engineering, procurement, suppliers, and construction for integration of technical content and schedule activities
13. Conduct Project Coordination Meetings
14. Project cash flow management
15. Keep management informed of new or emerging risks
16. Establishes and maintains effective client relations that result in active cooperation, prompt payment, and stimulate the desire to award follow-on work Meet client expectations and maintain long-term relationship with client.Attend to clients feedback and any complaints Investigate, analyze and implement systems, and methods to improve efficiency and accuracy
17. Improve the productivity by means of reduction of rework and errors
18. Ensure that organizational and statutory standards on safety are met during entire execution cycle
19. Assist the site management in developing cost and schedule corrective actions/recovery plans and ensures that needed actions/plans are implemented
20. Incumbent should be capable of Planning and Scheduling various construction activities at site
21. Creates a quality and HSE oriented work climate that encourages client satisfaction and HSE consciousness among the project team
