Job Description:

1. Shall be overall in charge of the Thermal Power Project which includes Management of Mechanical, Electrical & Civil Works, Erection, installation and Commissioning of equipment, as specified by the contract.
2. He should have good analytical skills for drawings and documents for execution of the project
3. Be responsible for accident free execution of project
4. Shall be responsible for Quality, Cost (budget) & delivery, safety parameters set by the client for the project.
5. Shall be responsible for all functional activities, Erection & Construction (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, C&I,), Safety, Quality, site accounts, site personnel related activities & site administration for the Project site.
6. Shall be leading planning & monitoring of all the activities at Project site
7. Interact with client for obtaining clearances and required resources for executing the work,
8. Interact with client for seamless operation of the project execution as per contract
9. Interact with client for managing claims, other conditions etc. during execution
10. Interact with client for Early warnings, Front Management, other conditions etc. during execution
11. He shall be able to capable of doing subcontractor management to ensure the completion of works within stipulated time & cost without any unreasonable claims
12. Be responsible for human resources and welfare of site personnel
13. Be responsible for harmonious industrial relations at site
14. Be responsible managing financial resources and accounting at the site
15. Ensure Stakeholders interest in throughout the execution
16. Full time Degree in Mechanical Engineering having excellent interpersonal skills, pleasing personality, strong conceptual clarity, high performer with the drive to achieve targets with an impressive track record. 
17. Candidates with experience of working as site in charge in overseas projects preferably in African region may apply. Experience of working in a Thermal Power plant construction site is essential.
