Job Description:

1. Assesses and reviews the project Key Performance Indicators to determine accurate status of project, making tactical decisions for allocating resources, and assigning staff requirements, to maintain project on target.
2. Develop a complete understanding of the contract and align further with project contract manager to address contractual issues and change management
3. Manages changes to scope and ensures client approval on all changes before proceeding with work
4. Confers with his management team to provide technical advice and to resolve problems
5. Coordinates staffing with discipline line managers
6. Ensures accurate, comprehensive and timely project reporting
7. Ensures effective and timely interface management between engineering, procurement, suppliers, and construction for integration of technical content and schedule activities
8. Conducts / Participates Project Coordination Meetings 
9. Projects cash flow management 
10. Proactively manages new or emerging risks 
11. Establishes and maintains effective client relations that result in active cooperation, prompt payments, and stimulates the desire to award follow-on work
12. Meets client expectations and maintains long-term relationship with client. Attend to client's feedback and complaints 
13. Investigates, analyzes and implements systems, and methods to improve efficiency and accuracy 
14. Assists the site management in developing cost and schedule corrective actions/recovery plans and ensures that needed actions/plans are implemented.
