Job Description
1) To handle procurement activity independently by Creation of Request for Quotation document
2) Inviting quotes from vendors
3) Analysis and comparison of Quotes received
4) BOQ Wise Analysis of quotes received and coordination with various departments for drafting of Contract, Purchase terms & Condition
5) Negotiation with Vendor
6) Release of order for procurement
7) Post order management & progress monitoring
8) Ensure on time delivery
9) Achievement of Project cost target
10) Development of new vendors
11) Handling Import & Export
12) Issuance of LC to suppliers
13) Liaison with various agencies
14) Freight optimization through negotiation with forwarders and transporters
15) ERP KNOWLEDGE
Negotiation, Time management, Communication, Cross-cultural teamwork
Bachelor of Engineering, Preferably Mechanical Engineering.

Posting Location : KSA , OMAN, UAE & India (Anywhere in India Project Site)
Overseas Terms : Two years Fixed Term Contract

Domestic Terms : One year Fixed Term Contract
