Job Description:1) 15 to 20 Years of experience in oil and gas industry out of which at least 10 years of experience in cross country pipelines (out of 10 years at least 5 years in GCC country)

2) Develop & assist site management in implementing company HSE management system and project specific HSE plan.

3) Co-ordinate with project Manager / RM & Committee members in Group Risk Assessment & legal register preparation & its periodic review / updation and ensure the participation of workers representative.

4) Carry out HSE inspection of work area, men, machine & materials, P&M and other tools and tackles.

5) Advice & co-ordinate for implementation of work permit systems.

6) Creating HSE Awareness through Pep talk, STA etc.,

7) Facilitate screening of workmen and conduct HSE induction.

8) Monitor administration of first aid.

9) Register Customer Complaints and take corrective actions.

10) Organize campaigns, competitions and other special emphasis programmes to promote HSE in the workplace.

11) Experience in Construction Industry preferably in Hydrocarbon field.

12) Multi linguistic (English & Hindi must)

12) Experience in HSE at project sites of reputed construction companies

13) Diploma (20 years) / Degree (15 years) in Mech , Civil, Electrical & Chemical Engineering & Diploma in Industrial Safety (Full Time) Course. Relevant Experience after Safety Qualification should be minimum 15 years. Safety Diploma Should be from CLI/RLIs or minimum from any Directorate of Technical Education (of any State Government) or M E or MTech Safety from Recognized University
