Job Description:
1. Hands on Mechanical/ Electrical work experience in CNC Machines ( Specially in VMC, HMC & Turning ).
2. Sound knowledge of PLC & CNC (Siemens 840D) systems.
3. Sound knowledge of electrical drawing reading & troubleshooting.
4. Hands on experience in welding shop and Furnace.
5. Good knowledge in the maintenance of cranes
6. Awareness about best practices in industry likeTPM /ISO system etc.
7.Basic knowledge of Mechanical assemblies, Pneumatics & Hydraulics
8- Maintains uptime, MTBF, MTTR of the machines as per set targets
9- Knowledge of industry best practices like ; kaizen, 5's, TPM etc.
