Job Description

1. Receive and log incoming materials
2. Identify and check materials received against delivery note
3. Issue material receipt reports
4. Inspect incoming materials, check for transport damage and / or damages by corrosion
5. Initiate quality control in relation to technical purchase order
6. Issue deficiency and / or damage report if applicable
7. Store materials in accordance with standard and regulations - especially hazardous materials
8. Segreage materials not released for installation and mark them
9. Initiate order supplements
10. Organize residual material
11. Co-ordinate all works regarding material handling
12. Co-ordinate equipment for material handling
13. Follow of HSE requirements in the area of material handling
14. Organise and plan infrastructure facilities for all project material.
