Job Description:
We are looking for a Control System Engineer in Atlas Copco focusing on
Instruments & Controls Design and PLC Programming.
He should have essentially a background from the Engineering Services for rotating equipment used.
in Air separation and Oil & Gas industries, with specific domain expertise in selection of field.

Degree in Instrumentation/ Electrical / Electronics Engineering
instruments as well as Control System Design for a complex system involving multiple equipment with their own control philosophies.
You should also be very well conversant with the industry codes such as EU Directive, NEC, IEC, BS, API etc.
The job will entail working on Design of Control System for various products of Gas & Process division which includes Centrifugal Compressors, Turboexpander etc for our Customers.
Be a constructive team member of a global control system engineering team working on Centrifugal Compressors, Turboexpander etc for our Customers.
Study the customer specifications related to Instrumentation control systems for selection of control systems and field instruments.
Create the Instrumentation and control system related drawing and documents and drawing like wiring diagram, logic diagram, cabinet layout, Bill of material etc.
Development of control system project/ program for various kind of control systems specifically on Rockwell (Allen Bradley).
Detail knowledge of Programming on Allen Bradly (Control logix, Compact logix, Factory talkview studio ME/SE etc) platform will be require.
Onsite support for control System activities like FAT, SAT & Commissioning.
Preparation of work instructions, check lists, standard procedure etc related to control system engineering activities.
Knowledge and experience of SIL calculation as well as selection of instruments/ control systems for hazardous area.
Estimation of work involved and hours will require for given assignments.
Working knowledge on design software like AutoCad Electrical.
Task to be monitored for performance parameter like Timely completion, Better understanding & Quality of drawings which can be oriented for manufacturing aspects.
Continually innovate the ideas to improve the Quality aspect of engineering.
Complete responsibility to execute projects.
Co-ordination with clients/customer for reporting status of task, presenting the queries and receiving the feedback.
