Job Description:
  1. Should have sound fundamentals in Civil and structural engineering.
  2. Exposure to design of foundations / structures and other civil works such as pits/ponds for refinery/petrochemicals or power plants is required.
  3. Experience in Design of RC & Steel Structure for Oil/Gas/Refinery/Petrochemical projects. Exposure to American Codes for Civil/Structural is preferred.
  4. Shall have hand-on experience in utilizing STAAD-Pro.
  5. Exposure to other design software such as Foundation-3D, Mat-3D, GTStruDl, SAP2000, ETABS etc. will be desirable.
  6. Shall have necessary skills and knowledge to check design calculations and drawings for Foundation and structures.
  7. Working in integrated 3D environment including interface with other departments and vendors. Exposure to any one plant deign system viz. PDS, PDMS or SP-3D is essential.
  8. To study the Basic Engineering Design Document and other documents necessary to carry out further engineering activities
  9. To perform and review/check engineering calculations, drawings and review Plant 3D models as required. 
  10. To Design of RC & Steel Structure for Oil/Gas/Refinery/Petrochemical projects using STAAD, MS-Office & other Civil Engineering Software.
  11. To ensure that the departmental quality procedures are adopted consistently.
