Looking for IR/ Site Admin for our water division Project sites across India.
Job Description:

1. Experience: 10-20 Yrs experience in site based IR & time office function
2. Competencies / Skill Set desired below: 
3. Strong experience in labour law, applying labour license, handling contractors, sub contractors and union matters
4. Strong experience: BOCW Act; Statutory Compliance ; Labour registration; inter-state Migration & other applicable acts of construction industry
5. Labour colony management, attendance and admin related activities, house keeping &transportation.
6. Liasoning with Police, Revenure Dept, Labour Department, Local Administration, Sub contractos, Client, Unions, Public.
7. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
8. Positions are based at our project sites. 
9. Candidates must be willing to relocate anywhere in India
