Job Description:

1. Financial and accounting reporting in compliance with the Listing Regulations, arrangements with Banks & Foreign Investors.
2. Preparation of proposals, reports, documents for existing and prospective bankers, investors financial institutions. Compliance with investment & borrowing agreements
3. Fixing targets, budgets and forecasts, reporting on financial status by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.
4. Formulating strategies by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
5. Increases productivity by recommending automation of processes, documenting the required processes and outputs therefrom coordinating with developers and implementing the processes.
6. Determines cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting operational data, comparing with actuals and forecasts, reporting on variances with root cause analysis.
7. Maintaining database by maintaining, verifying and backing up financial and operational data.
8. Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data of competitors and market and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials.
