Job Description:

1. Preparation of quantities
2. Micro Level Project Execution and Planning in MS project.
3. Responsible for BOQ variation tracking,
4. co-ordinate/approvals-client documentation.
5. Responsible for client billing (RA) certification & monthly reconciliation statements.
6. Provide cost to completion for individual project.
7. Estimating, Tendering, Pre Contract Administration, Post Contract Administration such as Procurement of contractors.
8. Variations and claims management, Compliances & MIS
9. Maintain all documentation as required by the company including all internal reporting.
10. Running & Final Bill quantity verification by using the Tender Drawing Quantity.
11. Variation statement submission at the beginning of the project by using the Tender Drawing Quantity.
12. PR quantities to be verified with Tender Drawing quantity
13. Sub- contractor bills verification & maintaining their accounts.
14. Rate Analysis preparation for Non Tender items
15. GC work tender floating
16. Verification of Material Reconciliation Statement
17. 10 to 15 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor(Exclusively of building projects)
18. 
    
19. Experience in Estimating, Tendering, Reconciliation, Material, Cost Control, preparation of BOQs and Budgeting Management of Building projects.
20. Good knowledge of 3Ds-Max, Auto Cad, REVIT, STAD Pro, MS Project, MS office & outlook.
