Job Description:

1. Preparation of cost Model and procurement plan for the projects
2. Produce Budgetary Cost Estimates based on established internal benchmark and cost bank.
3. Lead the team in developing preliminary Cost Estimate and Bill of Quantities based on tender drawings.
4. Lead the team in preparation of detailed cost estimates on the basis of unit rates
5. Lead Value Engineering reviews and studies with the consultant team to achieve economical and value efficient design
6. Prepare Cash flow based on the master construction programme and
7. Develop and implement Cost Control System
8. Lead the team for preparation of Tender documents for all packages
9. Attend to Contractors queries on information contained in the tender documents and issuing Corrigendum to the tenderers
10. Prepare Methodology for Bid Evaluations
