Job Description:

1. Experience in Structural execution of Layout construction/ Villas & township experience/ residential highrise bldg.
2. Preparation of D.P.R (Daily Progress Report) And D.L.R(Daily Labour Report)
3. Checking of columns, beam and slabs dimensions & reinforcement.
4. Familiar with the checklist of cement, sand, bricks, concrete etc.
5. Execution & Estimation of the Quantities of Steel & Concrete.
6. Monitor the progress of projects with respect to completion as per schedule, quality, cost, adherence to design, specifications etc.
7. Ensure correct verification of all Bills with respect to quantity, quality, design, and adherence to Project schedule, penal conditions, etc.
8. If you have worked in a well known contracting company or builder for at-least 3 years and completed 2 or 3 large residential high end projects.
9. If you have good experience in getting the best work from the labour contractors.
10. If you have very good knowledge of structural works and overall infrastructure development viz storm water drains, kerb stone fixing, drive way preparation.
11. Site Execution, Bar bending schedule, PCC/RCC, Preparing Bills, Cost analysis, Advance planning & reconciliation for material & labour.
