Marketing Executive 
Experience: 1-2 yrs
Candidates having good communication skills, Presentation skills, Developing & Implementing marketing campaigns (online & offline)
Understands and writes copy for all marketing collateral including brochure letters, emails & websites
knows to make ads.
Proficient in English, Hindi & Kannada.

Sales Executive
Experience: 1-5 yrs
To Manage entire sales operations of multiple commercial & residential projects through channel partners & Direct sales
To communicate new project opportunities to existing and potential clients
Developing the Sales Strategies
Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of pricing.
Customer Relationship Management
Branding & Promotions strategies for all the ongoing projects.
To execute property sales to achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring high quality customer service
