Job Description:
1. 1. Analyzing the requirements of the project and preparing the estimations accordingly
2. Inviting quotations from vendors for materials and services and suggesting the management team about the most cost-effective option.
3. Study and understand the scope of work from the Drawings, BOQ and specs in order to prepare the Program of Works.
4. Preparing cash flow reports and BOQ (Bill of quantities) for the organisation and reporting them to the team lead.
5. To deal with procurement of material and services.
6. Making estimations, monitoring billing and supervising intra-departmental operations.
7. Prepare cash flow - time bound cost.
8. Maintain Risk Register in order to foresee the possibility of occurrence and take corrective actions in conjunction with the Project Manager.
9. Preparing the bill collection plan from the client.
10. Monthly Reconciliation of major materials.
11. Preparation of BUDGET for the next financial year.
12. Quality and Quantity checking.
