Requirement for L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited,Larsen and Toubro Limited was awarded the Hyderabad Metro Rail Project by Government of Andhra Pradesh. L&T incorporated a Special Purpose Vehicle - L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited ("The Company") to implement the Project on Design, Built, Finance Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) basis.
Job Description:

1. Responsible for Marketing & Licensing Retail with special focus on Retail spaces. 
2. To map potential Customers and reach out to them to promote retail spaces.
3. To carry out retail space planning, zoning and sizing. 
4. Carry out lead generation activities and network with industry professionals/brand representatives/etc.
5. Liaise with industry associations, brand representatives, agencies, property consultants, etc. to understand the market developments and accordingly align business plans.
6. Co-ordinate with Project team regarding the technical details
7. Candidate should have experience in :
8. Commercial leasing.
9. Marketing Retail spaces.
10. Identification of Prospective clients
11. negotiations, design constraints, site feasibility, technical feasibility & deal conclusion.
12. Market Research and present studies and do analysis and presentation of the same to Management for review.
13. Implementation of technical requirements & fundamental factors in leasing process. 
14. License document administration.
15. Coordination with design & execution team to obtain deliverable as committed.
16. Day to day coordination with cross functional teams for timely delivery of project as per Customers requirements.
17. Compliance with local bye laws /regulations and legalities pertaining to lease rental administration.
