Job Description:

1. Engineer with Ability to handle Electrical Cabling, Plumbing, Firefighting and HVAC For Buildings and Commercial Buildings
2. Project Management, Detailed Engineering, and Plan, co-ordinate & supervise the erection, testing & commissioning activity of MEP, Plumbing, Electrical Cabling, all underground services HVAC services & Quality check of the same.
3. Plan, coordinate & supervise the installation, testing and commissioning activity of all electrical HT and LT system of residential & commercial building & related cabling (DGs, Transformers, & related panels)
4. Plan, coordinate & supervise the installation, testing and commissioning activity of all plumbing systems for residential & commercial building & related cabling
5. Plan, co-ordinate & supervise the installation, testing and commissioning activity of Fire Detection and Fire Alarm system (Conventional & Addressable Both).
6. Plan, co-ordinate & supervise installation, testing and commissioning of Ventilation & Pressurization System.
7. Plan, co-ordinate & supervise installation, testing & commissioning of HVAC & PHE system.
8. Handing over to services, settlement of all claims and dues and closing of contract.
9. Experienced in working through projects from inception in close co-ordination with the subcontractors, clients, PMC representatives
10. Doing Budget & resource planning for every month to achieve the set target on time.
11. Doing co-ordination with architect, Design team & the vendor for timely support with all stakeholders.
12. To manage all contract and QS related issues of all engineering services.
13. Verification and certification of Bills of the contractors/suppliers for payment.
14. mooth execution of Building project.
15. Supervision for erection work activities at site. 
16. Updating drawings for as built. 
17. Dealing with site in charge and client representative for day to day work progress.
