Job Description:

1. Ensuring implementation of Quality Management System as per approved Quality Manual and Contract requirement.
2. Implementation of Procedures / Work methods through orientation / mockups.
3. Organise/ conduct Induction to workmen during screening at site
4. Conduct regular Pep-talk on Quality to workmen engaged at Site.
5. Maintain in-house testing facility at site and ensuring fitness of equipment for accuracy & purpose.
6. Conducting stage-wise quality inspection & tests as per ITP for construction materials and activities.
7. Organizing material tests at Third Party Lab.
8. Organising for Quality Audits at site .
9. Conducting vendor inspection for approval and for dispatch of outsourced items.
10. Liaise with Customer for Quality related matters. 
11. Issue Observation & NCR for deviation of work/ process observed through regular site walk-down.
12. Monitor ageing & control of Non-conformance and timely disposal of NC.
13. Implementing effective corrective action for Customer Complaints & NCR for continuous improvement.
14. Organize and Conduct periodic Management Review Meeting to discuss performance of QMS.
15. Organize & conduct Quality Motivational Program for Staff, Supervisors & Workmen.
16. Identify & implement best practices and measure improvements.
