Job Description:

1. Develop and maintain environmental, health and safety policies and program.
2. Collects, analyzes and maintains data essential for effective safety and environmental programs.
3. Evaluates hazardous conditions and recommends engineering controls, administrative controls, and/or personal protective equipment.
4. Review all HSE documents.
5. Provide guidance to construction safety team at site.
6. Ensure all Safety protocols - Safety plan & permits are followed during dismantling & transportation at site.
7. Conduct Safety audits & ensure its outcome is implemented prior to further progress of work.
8. Provide Safety training to general contractor personnel & encourage Tool Box talks.
9. Review & approve Job Safety analysis documents prepared by general contractor.
10. To asssist the contractor safety Engineer for Weekly,Forthnightly safery report.
11. Forming site safety committee for site safety.
12. Conducting safety review meetings with Client and Contractors. 
13. Develop, update, organize and, if required, execute trainings and education concepts for site personnel and contractor's personnel with regard to HSE during construction.
