Job Description:

1. BIM model during tender design and detailed design
2. Preparation of BOQ in tender stage
3. Require good interpersonal and communication skills
4. Ensure perfect coordination between various consultants and specialists
5. Presentation to client
6. Coordinate with other consultants, architects, structural engineers and MEP services to finalise design Relevant Experience 
7. 3D modelling
8. 4D monitoring
9. Exposure to 5D
10. Good understanding of BIM specifications
11. Good understanding of creating BIM for all stages of project
12. Independent working
13. Innovative thinking
14. Experience of working with major D&B contractor
15. Cost consciousness and value engineering
16. Understanding of various construction methods
17. Experience in working with multidisciplinary teams
18. Previous international experience in similar works is preferable
19. Understanding of temporary/enabling works concept
