1. Experience required in the following areas: 
2. Radio Networking ( Tetra/Motorola/any other ) 
3. PAS/PIOS systems – ( Aesis/ Bosch/ Any other) 
4. FOTS system networking and fiber laying experience required 
5. PMP Certification or equivalent
