Job Description:

1. Ensuring timely availability of parts & willing to work on projects ( for improving availability- controlling inventory etc.)
2. Handling customer calls database & ensuring feedback to customers
3. Customer / dealers orders execution with the help of warehouse team. ( also coordination for back orders & one lot orders )
4. Inventory management for his/her parts keeping in view what to order & how much to order 
5. For PO generation, receipt of material to warehouse, monitoring the P.O.s for import & Local vendors, vendor correspondence & follow up, 
6. Masters maintenance like item master , bill of material , vendor quote etc.
7. Interaction with Engineering and Sourcing & communicating to regions regarding supersessions
8. Follow up with PC for manufactured components, breakdown & warranty parts,
9. Basic concepts of Inventory management / parameters / current practices
10. Good understanding of procurement / vendors interaction
11. Good knowledge of query tools from ERP systems
12. Expert in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Access etc.)
