Job Description:

1. Control all aspects of project documentation on multiple projects, utilize various control methods, prepare, operate and update document control procedures as per company's document management system. 
2. Ensure proper document control support is given to each project. Produce and maintain Document Progress Reports. 
3. Ensure all documentation provided is as per Client quality formatting requirements. Create Document Control and correspondence folders for individual projects. 
4. Work in co-operation with the Project Manager to ensure project progress status integration. Ensure all templates used with the department conform to the Company standard. Adhoc duties as required to assist the project team.
5. Graduate / Diploma holders who are good in communication, managing complex documents, possessing good organizing skills and alertness in working. 
6. Should have knowledge of computerised documentation system. 
7. Experience of 4 to 9 years is required in a construction industry. 
8. Position is based at Shapoorji Pallonji EPC Division in Pune.
