Job Description:

1. Study of item specifications in the contract.
2. Inspection of incoming material and reporting to the project manager.
3. Arrange/establish concrete mix design on sites for various grades of concrete.
4. Prior to use, in process and final stage random inspection and periodic testing of materials and end product as per the contract.
5. Material testing as and when required from external lab.
6. Approvals for specialized items or new specific items from clients e.g. construction chemicals, grouts and binding agent. Etc.
7. Coordinating with external agencies for carrying out the specialized work as per specifications.
8. Identify and report deviations.
9. Study of Specifications and ISO procedures etc.
10. Preparation of calibration plan.
11. Calibration of testing equipment, batching plant, weigh batchers etc.
12. To ensure that record of all documents and files as per ISO norms are maintained.
13. Monitor, assist and motivate for maintaining ISO procedures, checklist on site.
14. Review and maintain the manufacturers' and material test certificates.
15. Ensure that Non Conformities of Quality audits are vacated in time by those concerned.
16. Attending customer complaints written or verbally for quality matters.
17. Transferring of all quality records to the concerned.
18. Preparing records for corrective and preventive actions and forwarding the same to the ISO cell through Project Manager.
19. Planning and indenting necessary lab equipment's.
20. Establish and maintain material testing lab on site.
21. Routine material testing in specified intervals from internal lab.
22. Training of Lab Technicians as and when required.
23. Maintaining the inventory of lab equipment's.

1. Full time education is must .Profiles from distance education & Gap in Qualification will not be entertained.
2. Candidate should be aware of Job Requirement.
3. Preference will be given to the profiles from core construction companies.
4. Candidate should be physically fit to work at site.
5. Stability in a work experience is must.
6. Candidates who have already appeared for interview earlier will not be entertained.
