Locations: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Lucknow, Allahabad
Job Description:

1.  Incumbent will be responsible for strategic planning and execution of project, meeting the deliverable in terms of revenues, margins, timeliness, quality, safety.
2. Resolving technical, commercial issues of the projects ensuring the cordial relationship with clients, consultants and other partners of the business
3. Ensuring timely MIS reporting, billing and collection.
4. Develop and review cost estimates and projections / establishing and implementing the Project Plan / Establishing and managing project team interfaces.
5. Prepare project plan, work breakdown structure, overall and detailed schedule, progress reports and presentations during proposal and execution stages
6. Supervise detail L-2, L-3 schedules using software packages such as Primavera and rigorously monitor the same during project implementation. 
7. Providing leadership and motivation to the team, developing manpower for the project requirement.
8. Monitor effective utilization of company resources deployed at site and identify the gaps of potential risks.
9. Responsible for identifying variations in the contracts and filing timely claims for such extra works.
10. To monitor, identify delays, critical paths and areas of concern and provide corrective actions to achieve contract milestone dates
11. Prepare mitigation plan for projects in consultation with project Director / Cluster Head / BU Head.
12. Constructability review, handling critical aspects of material delivery and contractual claims.
13. Technical support to techno commercial team for new upcoming projects. Desired Profile 
14. 12+ years of experience in Project Management and site works which includes Project control of medium / large projects and Planning. 
15. Capable of handling as Project Head, Railway Overhead Electrification Project including Traction Substation & Switching Posts.
16. Should possess extensive knowledge of planning and project execution methodology and experience shall include construction and project completion.
17. Relevant experience in Electrical Engineering for IR / DFCC / RVNL / CORE / Metro / Independent Railways siding projects
18. Sound in design and review of E&M systems; MEP Design; testing and commissioning of Electrical systems
19. Understanding of system wide contracts and interface requirements
20. Understanding of OHE/ Third rail is an added advantage
21. High degree of proficiency in the use and application of different project planning packages 
22. Competent (and confident) in technical aspects of planning.
