Job description:

Ecocoast is not your usual company – we do things differently here. A Project Manager with Ecocoast is a tough and challenging role. The PM is fully in charge of building and maintaining client relationships on projects and ensuring an optimum client experience. The position requires long hours, hard work and the ability to solve problems and deal with difficult situations and clients at times. The PM will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and events and gain hands on experience not found anywhere else. The PM should be focused on efficient delivery and execution of the project at all times whilst ensuring the client is always satisfied. There is a strong business development and sales focus as part of the role as sales are largely built by relationships and word of mouth. The position of Project Manager is essential within the Projects Division. The PM will lead, plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of specific project assigned to. Will work closely with the Division Manager to ensure the scope and direction of each project is on schedule.

The Project Manager will be running and managing of all aspects of projects such as – Beach Cleaning, Barrier Installation, Barrier Cleaning, Events Logistics and Management and construction projects. The Project Manager will handle all deliverables of the projects they have been assigned to, from client enquiry meetings, proposal creation, kick-off meetings, project management, close-out etc.

Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of projects assigned.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Lead tenders for projects as required and provide technical knowledge and expertise.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Develop a detailed project budget and ensure its implementation
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques and to client’s satisfaction.
Build and maintain a client focused relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk assessments to minimize project risks.
Attending Site visits & client meetings.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Monitor project completion and prepare project completion report.
Ensure the development of the HSE management systems are implemented and regularly reviewed throughout the life of the project.
Daily reporting and site updates to the Division Manager

Qualification Summary:
Preferred a Degree in Engineering, project management, events management or similar associated discipline however the right candidate can meet role requirements without this.

Must have valid UAE driving license.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office is a must, AutoCAD an advantage but not essential
