Job Description:
1. Responsible for Supervision of Site.
2.Ensure Quality Construction as per specification & Guidelines.
3.Supervision of Machine & resource Utilisation at Site.
4. Construction as per authority Permission & Guidelines.
5.Measurement and certification of completed Works.
6. Should have experience In Civil construction works.
7.Should have experience In building construction works.
8.Willingness to travel anywhere in India.
9.Approve the sub contractor billings inline applicable codes & standards, drawings.
10.Conduct weekly, monthly review meets with contractors along with owner's participation for monitoring the work progress and developing required catch up strategies to achieve project completion.
11. Should be able to strategize the planning & sequencing of civil & piling works, provide guidance to the assigned personnel & agencies, for effectively executing the construction activities as per the agreed schedule and within cost.
12. Ensure continuous flow of drawing to site to ensure uninterrupted construction activities sort out issues of drawing.
