Job Description:

1. Managing parts of construction projects
2. Overseeing building work
3. Undertaking surveys
4. Setting out sites and organising facilities
5. Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
6. Supervising contracted staff
7. Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
8. Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity Surveyors and the overall project manager
9. Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
10. Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
11. Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials
12. Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies.

Note:
Candidate should have good experience in water supply/ Drainage or Sewerage Projects.
Should be good at all site works related to irrigation, pipelines, canals & other works
Depending on the location of the project, they might need to relocate or complete a lengthy commute.
