2.Material Engineer / Geotechnical Engineer / Geologist 
Graduate in Civil Engineering or M.Sc in Geology, Master in Foundation engineering / soil Mechanics or Phd Geology / Geotech engineering 
Mini 15 years of total professional experience Min 8 years on similar projects in design or construction
Material / Geotechnical Engineer on highway projects (2/4/6  NH/SH/Expressway )of minimum aggregate length of 80km

3.Sr, Survey Engineer
Graduate or Equivalent in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Surveying 
Master in Survey Engineering or Surveying / Remote sensing 
Min 15 years of total professional experience,Min 5 years of similar project in projects preparation and construction & through the understanding of modern computer based method of surveying 
survey engineer for project preparation of highway projects NH/SH/Expressway moving  2/4/6/  laning of min aggregate length of 80 km 

4. Environment specialist 
Graduate in Civil Engineering / Environment Engineering / Master in environment science post graduate in environment engineering 
Min 10 years of total professional experience, Min 5 years of environment impact assessment of highway projects   2/4/6 Laning

4. Quality Surveyor / Documentations Expert
Graduate of Equivalent in Civil Engineering or Certificate course from institute of quantity Surveying  Min 15 years of Total professional experience, Min 5 years in preparation bill of quantities contract documents and documentation of major  highway project involving 2/4 laning 
Quality Surveyor / Documentation expert in highway projects NH/SH/Expressway Involving 2/4/6 laning of minimum aggregate length of 80KM
