Job Description:

1. Review BOQs description and quantity from Engineering during Tendering stage
2. Discuss with Engineering Manager for incorporating any changes in description or quantity for better costing
3. Assist Proposal Manager in finalization DOR with CS/Contractors
4. Coordinate with other department to collect cost
5. Estimate cost for items as per BOQ
6. Float enquiry to Contractors and coordinate for receiving quotes
7. Explore cost viability for usage of contractors fabrication shop or leasing land nearby, in case land for fabrication is not available
8. Compare with Contractor quotes and in house cost estimate for better evaluation of cost
9. Coordinate with proposal manager for assumptions, basic bulk materials cost, propose fabrication location
10. Actively Participate in constructability review discussion
11. Actively participate in risk review discussions
12. Compile construction cost as per Engineering BOQs
13. Assist in compiling and presenting preliminary and final presentation of estimate 
14. Assist in finalization of SOR with Construction Services (CS)/Contractors To apply via Company Website
