Job Description:

1. CA with around 8-12 years of experience in Direct as well as Indirect Taxation, Restructuring
2. Hands-on experience in Direct and Indirect Tax compliances
3. Managing Tax Assessments and Appeals: Direct and Indirect Tax-Handled Service Tax Audits
4. Obtaining registrations under various Statutory Laws
5. Ensuring Filing of Service Tax, VAT, Income tax and TDS returns. 
6. Managing and customizing ERP systems to adhere to various taxation requirements.
7. Should have exposed to Infra/Heavy industry and Construction Company.
8. Reviewing Tax Audit details 
9. Handling statutory compliances relating to direct & indirect taxes
10. Liaising with internal and statutory/tax auditors on audit requirements.
11. Liaising with external consultants on closure of tax related matters 
12. Well versed with MS Office Excel, Word and TALLY 
13. Experience on ERP set up would be an added advantage
