Job Description:

1. Overall site management including Steel Installation, Metal Decking and Fireproofing works
2. To liaise with main contractor, consultant and client, as necessary for site work progress.
3. To review the project in-depth to schedule deliverable and estimate costs.
4. To oversee all onsite and offsite works to monitor compliance with project requirements.
5. To supervise and monitor the works of Site Managers, HSE Manager, QA/QC Manager, Engineers and other project staff.
6. To conduct meeting with subcontractors and monitor their work progress.
7. To plan and arrange all necessary tools, materials and equipment in line with the project schedule and track inventory.
8. To prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status. 
9. To make safety inspections and ensure construction and site safety aspects meet the project HSE standards.
10. To maintain quality control procedures and coordinate for inspections against the site work progress.
11. To follow-up with client and cost consultants, in respect of variation orders and site instructions.
12. To motivate the workforce to perform to their capabilities to meet the project requirements.
13. To plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
14. To analyze, manage and mitigate risks
