Job Description:

1. Provides strong and decisive project leadership and establishes an execution framework to ensure best of the class quality, HSE, schedule and profitability of the project execution.
2. Delivery of the project in accordance with the project baseline.
3. Meeting the profitability target established in the project baseline
4. Assesses and reviews the project Key Performance Indicators to determine accurate status of project, making tactical decisions for allocating resources, and assigning staff requirements, to maintain project on target.
5. Develop a complete understanding of the contract and align further with project contract manager to address contractual issues and change management
6. Manages changes to scope and ensures client approval on all changes before proceeding with work
7. Confers with his management team to provide technical advice and to resolve problems
8. Establishes and defines the required project organization & coordinates staffing with discipline line managers
9. Ensures accurate, comprehensive and timely project reporting
10. Ensures effective and timely interface management between engineering, procurement, suppliers, and construction for integration of technical content and schedule activities
11. Conducts Project Coordination Meetings 
12. Projects cash flow management 
13. Proactively manages new or emerging risks 
14. Establishes and maintains effective client relations that result in active cooperation, prompt payments, and stimulates the desire to award follow-on work
15. Meets client expectations and maintains long-term relationship with client. Attend to client's feedback and complaints 
16. Ensures area managers deliver the projects within the contracted duration and agreed budget as per the conditions of the contract document. To apply via Company Website
