We have designed Residences, Commercial Ventures , Hotels, Hospitals , Software Park, Community Center, & Gated Communities.

Job Description:

1. Designing of : Residential houses, commercial buildings, showrooms, Interiors, 
2. landscape
3. Should be good at creating new designs, develop futuristic concepts
4. Producing detailed workings, drawings and specifications
5. Specify the nature and quality of materials required
6. Coordination with contractors
7. Developing ideas with the clients
8. Approve drawings prepared by draftsmen
9. Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction
10. Ensuring that the environmental impact of the project is limited
11. Above all
12. Ensuring that the building is sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing.
13. Visit sites on a periodic basis
14. Should have knowledge of by-laws
15. Should be able to provide Sanction plan drawings
16. Should be able to handle a team of 4-5 designers
