Requirement for Project Manager in Construction Projects Bangalore based health science MNC involved in Biotechnology, Nutraceuticals and now venturing into Cosmeceuticals. The Company has nine Patents to its credit and has additional 23 patents in the pipeline.
Job Description:

1. Identifying and dealing with engineers, contractors and vendors.
2. Lead and oversee the construction project.
3. Be well versed in electrical, civil and maintenance matters including HVAC.
4. Draw up the budget plan.
5. Make decisions on external consultants, as and when required.
6. Conduct and review project meetings; cost review budget vs. actuals.
7. Periodically analyse the project scope, organize and plan work on the project as per timelines with highest safety standards.
8. Be the single point of contact for all project information incoming and outgoing; ensuring proper dissemination of project information to Leadership Team.
