Various Requirement In a Real estate Developer Company Marathon Realty Pvt Ltd at Mumbai Location Billing Engineer

1. Speedy and on time processing of Vendors Bill, Final Bill with proper on site checking, verification, Documentation
2. Debit Note: - To ensure recovery against the rework / faulty work from the contractors as per recommendation from site-in-charge.
3. Following the Bill Flow cycle.
4. Taking out Bill of Quantity (BOQ) from Architectural Drawing to prepare Work Orders.
5. Taking out Quantity of Vitrified Flooring, External Plaster, False Ceiling, Internal Plaster, BBS for Steel, Concrete of R.C.C. work, Block work, Plumbing work, Fabrication work, etc, for the purpose to order the material required accordingly. 
6. Arithmetic & technical checking of all bills as per IS 1200 i.e. Civil, Carpentry, Aluminum Windows, Finishing, Interior bills, Infrastructure, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical work, consultants and Material Invoices.
7. Advance Adjustment: - Preparing Proforma Invoice & keeping the record of the same.
8. Coordinating with site, Contracts, procurement Dept.
9. Checking all the details on Bill i.e. Invoice No., Bill Date, Name & Address of service provider, Name & Address of service receiver, PAN No., Service Tax Registration No. & category, VAT registration (if applicable), Break up of Service Tax on Bill, Delivery Challan Slips in case of Labour + Material work, Value of Taxable Services, Amount of Taxes, Amount of Levies e.g. Octroi, Flight or Transportation etc., to stamp & signature of the authorized signatory of the 

Executive / Sr Executive Execution Civil

1. Responsible for technical supervision of ongoing Civil works at all stages such as Excavation, PCC, Footing layout and construction, column layout and construction and reinforcement detailing
2. Look after slab and reinforcement
3. Prepare plans and estimates
4. Diploma in Civil Engineering, ITI or Any Graduate
5. 1-5 years of experience in site execution
6. Knowledge of Mivan shuttering is preferable

Sr Executive Sales

1. Attend customers, gather required customer information, provide project information using brochure, project AV, show flat and project plan and layout, and pitch the project as per requirement to ensure maximum conversions of customers
2. Identify active brokers, develop rapport , pitch project and develop network of brokers /channel partners to increase walk-ins to project sales office
3. Follow up with brokers, site visitors regularly to build interest and close the deal

Executive Billing

1. Billing and process implementation for all Marathon Projects
2. ROI reports making
3. Medium Analysis
4. Work orders, IOM and other processes to be followed
5. Coordinate with the Accounts team for billing
6. Create the Audit report
7. Inventory management
8. Vendor Relations
9. Periodic report generation
10. Sales force Expenses entering
