Job Description

1. Monitored smooth execution of all the construction projects, managed the whole gamut of operational activities viz. Designing, managing the onsite project deliverables, managing the teams of professionals.
2. Supervised & managed overall project activities from execution and overall coordination; efficient in project scheduling and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency; identifying key milestones and forecasting completion timeline.
3. Ensured effective site management and discipline to ensure safe execution of the civil work
4. Accountable for smooth implementation of the work on site as per approved Drawings and Specifications.
5. Formulated plan to ensure effective construction management, including the control of site progress, resolutions of site problems, control of site meetings etc.
6. Monitored Subcontractor work orders, conducting work measurements and prepared verified subcontractors bills to authorize remittance as per contract terms.
7. Arranged work inspection by the client, carrying out work measurements/quantity surveys, and prepared running bills for submission to client to ensure timely realization of payment as per agreed terms. Prepared and authenticated contractors' bills after due verifications.
8. Preferably Telecom Industry (Infra Company- Indus/TVS/ATC/Infratel/VIOM)
9. Also expertise required in Civil Engineering, Civil Site Engineering,Civil Project Management,Civil Construction,Civil Supervision,Civil Works,Construction Management,Site Management,Structural Engineering,Construction Contracts,Contractor Billing
