Job Description:

1. Technically competent professional with experience across Operations & Maintenance, Service Engineering, Technical Support and Safety.
2. Well versed in overall troubleshooting, Servicing, Operations and Maintenance to ensure maximum operational availability of equipments/ systems.
3. Proficient in drawing well-balanced conclusions whilst dealing with complex service and maintenance issues and interpreting procedures and guidelines in order to resolve them.
4. Multitasking credentials with excellent planning, execution, problem solving and troubleshooting skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks in high pressure environments and under tight deadlines.
5. Planning and Effecting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various machinery and equipment to increase machine up time &equipment reliability.
6. Identifying scope for modifications in equipment, process flow, work practices, consumables, power, etc. For controlling & reducing conversion cost per unit produced.
7. Carrying out planning, preventative & predictive maintenance to increase equipment reliability & plant availability.
8. Execute cost saving techniques/measures and modifying the system as & when necessary to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditure
9. Operation and maintenance of plant and machinery - erection, commissioning,demobilization of equipment whilst managing safety health and environment at work site.
10. Familiarity with quality management system ISO9001:2008,optimum utilization of manpower and machine ,doing analysis of production, minimizing the inventory of spares and maximizing machinery efficiency.
