1.Purchase Executive
1.Purchase Executive
- Daily follow-up with Vendors. (Follow-up Report).
- Purchase Order to be raised as per guidance from Manager.
- Updating of Purchase Order status and its e-mailing.
- Verbal/E-mail co-ordination with Vendors with relevant enquiries from Sales, Order team & updation in the enquiry excel sheet. (Enquiry Sheet).
- Purchase Order preparation against Purchase Requisition Form (PRF) received from OPD & updation in the Purchase Order Master.
- Updating of Purchase Order MIS on a daily basis. (Purchase Order Master Sheet).
- Follow-up with vendor for Invoice at the time material receipt share the same over e-mail while placing order.
- Follow-up with Vendor in regards to rejected, short material in c-ordination with OPD.
- Attend meeting on compulsory basis.
2.Stock Executive
- Responsible for taking the stock counts along with one labor of the specified location.
- Take uncounted stock materials and ensuring proper counts are being completed on a daily basis.
- Conduct accurate stock counts with zero variance or deviations.
- Prepare daily stock sheet of the assigned item alongside location specifications.
- Sharing of counted stock report to Mumbai office on a daily basis via email.
- Executive would not be permitted to alter any items or its units without consent from Mumbai- accounts team
- Coordinate and follow up with Existing OEM/Dealers clients on regular basis to get new Enquiry.
- Coordinate with Marketing Executive for new client Enquiry and prepare quotation and follow up with clients.
- Follow up with clients for new orders.
- Follow up for non confirmation of order providing reason for the same
- Responsible for sending each and every quotation (reviewed) to Director/Sales Manager.
- Responsible if any enquiry is not replied.
- Follow up with the clients for dispatch and receive of material at clients end.
- Documentation and filing of all relevant information as guided
- MIS report to be submitted as assigned on regular basis
- Attending Meeting on compulsory basis.
4.Order Processing Executive
- Checking of orders on regular & daily basis for order generation via email/verbal.
- Acceptance e-mail to be sent against all e-mail orders received.
- All verbal order to be attended and incorporated in SIW standard format (Payment outstanding to be checked for all existing clients).
- Update of material delivery status and its receipt over phone of the dispatched material for pending orders & new order generation.
- Update of pending and closed order in Open & Closed Order Sheet (Closed will be after confirmation from client-verbal/e-mail).
- Sharing of P.O. position/LR details to clients against all orders received on daily basis and via email with cc to Sales Manager & Directors.
- Master Order Confirmation Sheet to be updated on a daily basis -100% with all columns & to be submitted to Director, Sales Manager.
- Prices/Rates to be confirmed with quotation or last dispatch before entering rates into Master Order Confirmation Sheet.
- All Orders to be planned on daily basis for proper execution.

- Handling the recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources (head hunting, cold calling, networking, institutes, job portal, references etc.)
- Responsible for screening and short listing of the candidates, scheduling interviews, salary / notice period negotiations, coordination with department heads and closing the open position within the stipulated timeframe
- Ensure parity and band compliance while making offers to new hires..
- Handling on boarding of new recruits induction, completion of joining formalities
- Conducting background verification, generating employee IDs, employee cards, system accesses, bank account opening etc.
