1. Knowledge in Supply Chain Management & SAP (Plant Maintenance & Data Quality objects)
2. Strong data management, analysis, reporting and presentation skills.
3. Strong communication skills, both interpersonal and presentation. Able to interact with and influence all levels of individuals across the business.
4. Should be a good coordinator between teams and stakeholders
5. Working effectively in a matrix organization across geographies, cultures and time zones
6. Strong demonstrable experience in use of analysis tools and MS Excel
