Job Description

1. The Estimator is responsible for the delivery of a full range of estimating services and support to the Estimating Systems Manager. These services include 
2. Creation and maintenance of all required bills and product costing. 
3. Creation and maintenance of cost and retail pricing for all products.
4. Protection of standard process and inclusions.
5. Maintenance of take-offs and construction methods
6. Maintenance of estimating processes and methods
7. Creation and maintenance of all required receipts and mini bills as required.
8. Communication of common errors and or inaccurate information back to the required departments to understand where to find the required information to complete the required task.
9. Proven skills in estimating and plan checking with good knowledge in construction
10. Good Knowledge in Excel
11. Able to work as part of a team and deliver within timelines given.
12. Accuracy in figures
