Various Requirement for Prestress Engineer | Manager | Foreman | L&T | 5 - 10 Years | Delhi NCR

1.MANAGER-PRESTRESSING

1. Study of drawings, Technical specifications & understand the total scope of Prestressing work
2. Prepare Inspection test plan for the project and getting approval of the same from client.
3. Have end to end responsibilities for Coordination with Clients/Consultants/ Designer based on requirement if any.
4. Study the base schedule & prepare the Prestressing Planning for Resources, Material, Machineries and Execution which includes casting yard & all station buildings.
5. Allocation of resources based on requirement and coordinate with section heads / Station Manager / Project Manager for PT works. 
6. Coordination with all PT agencies in all locations (for all stages of project areas/stations & Casting yard) for deployment of required resources and progress of work as per scheduled programme.
7. Monitor & Tracking the Weekly material stock and update the same to Regional planning head and Head Office.
8. Monitor & update the Progress report to Regional Planning head and Head Office.
9. Coordinate with Head Offices, for technical support required if any.
10. Responsible the complete Prestressing works and satisfaction of customer 
11. Prepare / approve & review methodology received from PT vendors/agencies and responsible for effective Implementation of the same after necessary clients approval.
12. Inspect the incoming PT Materials and organize necessary testing if any as per approved ITP to ensure the quality.
13. Troubleshoot the technical problems in the execution of prestressing work.
14. Evaluate and guide the subordinates working in prestressing work.

2.ENGINEER-PRESTRESSING

1. Study of drawings, Technical specifications & understand the total scope of Prestressing work
2. Prepare/Follow the Inspection test plan for the project and getting approval of the same from client.
3. Coordination with Clients/Consultants/ Designer based on requirement if any. 
4. Study the base schedule, plan and allocate the Resources, Material, Machineries and Execution which includes casting yard & all station buildings.
5. Allocation of resources based on requirement and coordinate with immediate superior/ Construction Manager for PT works. 
6. Coordination with all PT agencies in all locations (for all project areas & Casting yard) for deployment of required resources and progress of work as per scheduled programme.

8. Monitor & update the Progress report to immediate superior.
9. Coordinate with section in charges for regular work front.

3.FOREMEN-PRESTRESSING

1. Study of drawings, Technical specifications & understand the scope of Prestressing work.
2. Follow the Inspection test plan for the project.
3. Allocation of resources based on requirement and coordinate with immediate superior, section incharges and Engineers.
4. Monitor & update the Progress report to immediate superior.
5. Coordinate with section in charges for regular work front.
6. Responsible the execution of Prestressing works as per work methodology.
7. Ensure installation of embedded components as per Prestressing drawing
8. Monitor storage and laying of tendons as per profile.
9. Carrying out stressing of tendons using Hydraulic jacks.
10. Follow the work methodology and responsible for effective Implementation of the same after necessary clients approval.
11. Inspect the incoming PT Materials.
12. ITI/10th with 5 to 10 years Experience in the relevant subject matter.
