Job Description 

1. Strong interface with cross-functional supporting teams (analytics, technology, operations, creative and finance) 
2. Set and demonstrate quality standards for various operational areas, ensuring a high- quality customer experience, while adhering to the SLAs and work processes 
3. Ensure new business development by strategizing and proposing innovative ideas/campaigns by expanding current accounts and building new opportunities 
4. Good understanding of industry domain, market dynamics/trends, competitors and geographies 
5. Responsible for meeting business targets that are set.
6. Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential clients; discovering and exploring opportunities.
7. Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects. 
8. Drive Request for quote process with new prospects. 
9. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
10. Identify and attend tradeshows and other business functions to keep abreast of developments in the marketplace, to find potential new business, and to market company's end-to-end solutions. 
11. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
12. Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
