Requirement for Project Manager in Fidesto projects Private Limited is a Professional Project Management Company with a holistic vision & approach towards Project Management being to serve their Esteemed Clients for happening of their Projects, as envisaged.

Fidesto believed in 360° approach to perform the Project activity from Pre Construction to Post Construction Phase of the Projects.

1.Project Manager / Project Engineer

Applicant must be having a 4-12 years of experience in Project Execution & Management of Multi storied high rise residential buildings, commercial complexes, hospital, townships, etc

1. Good in Site Execution Works and day to day monitoring of site.
2. To review the project in depth. 
3. To schedule deliverables and monitor / estimate cost. 
4. Oversee all onsite and offsite works to monitor compliance with various building and safety regulations.
5. Ensure quality construction as per standards with the use of proper construction techniques.
6. Know - how of complete Tendering process
7. Experience in tender compilation, Rate analysis and Negotiating with bidders.
8. Evaluation and shortlisting of contractors.
9. Conduct pr-bid meetings, identify abnormal rates quoted and negotiate properly before finalizing the item.
10. Coordinate and direct all the subcontractors/ vendors associated with the project. 
11. Review the work progress on daily basis and tracking the project schedule.
12. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to work status.
13. Coordinating with all the associated consultants for drawings as per the requirement of the project.
14. Project deliverables follow-ups with all concerned. 
15. Project Budget preparation.
16. Preparation of Project schedule and Procurement schedules.
17. Checking the bills and measurements of the agencies and Contractors.
18. Good communication and coordination skills.
19. Preparing techno commercial comparatives and adopting value engineering skills.
20. Monitor all statutory Project compliance's.
21. Team management.
22. Having a 360-degree vision to oversee all the activities associated with the project.Knowledge of M S Projects, MS Office, ACAD etc will be preferred,
23. Background of Site Execution and Management in Real Estate
