Job Description: 

1.Lead, direct and manage engineering design, modeling and detailing of commercial construction projects of International standards.
2. Plan strategies to improve productivity, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goals.
3. Work closely with young engineers, Identify technology training needs and coordinate with training department to enhance their domain knowledge.
4. Project coordination with stakeholders and Clients and ensure quality control.
5. Will be responsible for management and growth of MEP Division.
6.On site or international project experience will be an added advantage.
