Requirement for Construction Manager in Real Estate Development Company CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE:CBG), a Fortune 500 and S&P 500 company headquartered in Los Angeles, is the world's largest commercial real estate Development services and investment firm.
Job Description:

1. To manage a complete Data Centre Project Tier 3+ starting from Design, Execution structure to interiors and Completion of approx. 1.5 Lacs sqft at Kolkata
2. IT Park / Campus Construction Development Experience from inception to completion preferably done a Data Centre Project of Tier 3 and Tier 4 completed in last 2 years
3. Able to express himself and assert his view point, capability to take all stakeholders as a group in pre defined direction to achieve overall objective of the project
4. Preferably should be from Project Management Consultancy Company preferably from International Property Consultant 

Note:Working experience in construction Project IT, Commercial etc. Experience in Data Centre project is preferred.
