Requirement for Construction Projects HCC is a business group of global scale developing and building responsible infrastructure through next practices. Job Description:
1. Must have design experience in underground Metro projects. Underground works, underground Station buildings, underground power stations, tunnels including coordination with designer/ Consultant.
2. Responsible detail design, calculations for station structures such as under bridge, over bridge steel and concrete structures.
3. Scheduling/Monitoring of construction Program, Resource deployment schedule, Resource selection and Optimization.
4. Preparation of construction Methodology & Time cycle Analysis.
5. Productivity Monitoring, corrective action plan for improvement.
6. Proven skills in managing teams to work in sync with the corporate objectives and 

motivating them for achieving business & individual goals.

Educational & Experience:
BE/B. Tech,ME, M.Tech ( Civil/ Construction Management) Must Have: Knowledge of Staad Pro, LUSAS,ETABS,CFS, RISA , Founds, PDS, Microstation, 3D Studio Max, Knowledge of Primavera & AutoCAD preferred.Candidates who can join on short notice period preferred.
