Requirement for Engineer in a leading government contracting company  NKG Infrastructure Ltd  with presence in over 14 states of India with works in Building, Electrical, Roads, Bridges and Water works.

NKG Infrastructure Ltd looking for Experienced Billing Engineer/Planning Engineer capable of handling large government institutional buildings project.
Job Description:

1. Study of working drawings, BOQ, contract, tender specification, and drawing.
2. Taking inputs and joint records on progress of work from site execution engineers.
3. Calculating quantities of work done from drawing.
4. Taking data from store regarding client supplied material.
5. Compiling data from quality department regarding various test results.
6. Assisting PIC for rate analysis in case of extra items.
7. Timely submission the extra items rate analysis and getting approval from the client.
8. Preparing invoice through SAP and submitting client invoice alongwith all enclosures for running bill and final bill.
9. Obtain timely certification of the invoice from the concerned client representative.
10. Follow up for payments & collection of cheque & certificates.
11. Collecting TDS cert., payment certificate, bill copies, work orders & sending it to RO.
12. Material reconciliation on monthly basis.
13. Qualification: Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering with 3-8 years experience in civil construction. 
14. Should have handled at least 2 projects at Billing/Planning level with experience of atleast 2 years.
15. Preference shall be given to candidates having worked in government contracting companies having handled large scale Building construction project.
16. Experience:- 3-8 years in civil construction/ building construction.
17.  He should be well versed with Billing, Project Planning,Quantity Surveying
